The best way to find out whether the Gulf Coast Harmonizers is right for you is simply to visit a rehearsal. You are welcome to sit back and listen or jump in and sing along with the chorus.

Singing, Learning & Performing
Membership is active, social, and musical throughout the year.
Weekly Rehearsals
The chorus meets weekly to prepare for performances, strengthen vocal skills, and rehearse together.
Shows & Performances
The chorus typically prepares for two annual shows and also performs at local festivals, businesses, charities, and community events.
Snowbirds Welcome
The chorus stays active throughout the year, and seasonal residents are welcome to participate.

The Audition Process
Find Your Part
On your first visit, the director will help determine your voice range and which barbershop part is the best fit.
Learn the Song
After your third rehearsal visit, you may submit an application and request an audition. You’ll receive learning materials and members will help you prepare.
Sing Your Part
When you’re ready, you’ll sing your part in a quartet with members of the music team. The goal is to show that you can confidently carry your own harmony part.
